The then VS loyalty program was transaction-centric. There were no digital space for customers to engage with the brand, connect with one another, and express themselves.
Product Concept
The VS & PINK Community is a safe, authentic space where like-minded individuals can connect with one another, express themselves, and engage with the brand. It serves both as a value and interest-oriented platform to engage and inspire customers, and a non-transactional channel to drive retention and loyalty.
